Guild workflow

Keep approvals, balances, and armory demand connected

Regear replaces a chain of screenshots, manual calculations, and separate stock sheets with one reviewable workflow. Discord handles the player-facing interaction while the web workspace keeps the guild state visible to authorized members.

Turn a screenshot into a reviewed request

Players post kill screenshots in configured Discord channels. The bot extracts the relevant information and prepares a request, but a member with the approval role still confirms it before a balance is added. Processing logs give the guild a shared record of the outcome.

The approval step is deliberate. Optical character recognition and external kill information can be incomplete, so guild staff remain responsible for checking that the request matches their rules.

Choose items or silver as the settlement

Item mode records the equipment owed to each player and connects those obligations to armory stock. Silver mode records a monetary balance instead. Included categories, tier rules, limits, and replacement behavior are configured for the guild rather than assumed globally.

Manual additions cover requests that cannot be created from the normal screenshot workflow. They remain part of the same player balance and issuing process, avoiding a second list outside the workspace.

Use demand to plan guild crafting

Armory quantities and minimum stock targets are compared with pending item regears. The demand view shows what is missing, while issuing a regear reduces the recorded stock and clears the corresponding player obligation.

The workspace is an operational record, not an in-game inventory reader. Armory members must keep stock changes current when items move outside the issuing workflow so that the next demand calculation reflects the real guild position.

Add the Regear bot

Install the bot on your Discord server, complete setup, and manage the connected guild here.

How to use it

  1. 1Add the bot to a Discord server where you have Manage Server permission.
  2. 2Run /setup and select the Albion server, guild, screenshot channels, log channel, approval role, and armory role.
  3. 3Post kill screenshots in any configured screenshot channel. The bot adds an approval reaction automatically.
  4. 4A member with the approval role confirms the screenshot. The result appears in the configured log channel.
